RFP No. 23/24-03 Security & IT Administration
Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (Ed Tech JPA) is seeking proposals to establish Master Agreements for security & IT administration systems and related services that can meet the current and future needs of Ed Tech JPA members in the most cost effective manner. Interested Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.
Announcements
The deadline for proposals has been extended to January 11, 2024 at 3:00pm. The RFI submission due date has been extended to December 18, 2023 at 12:00pm and responses will be posted on December 21, 2023. As a result the anticipated Intent to Award posting has been rescheduled for March 18, 2024 and the anticipated award date will be March 28, 2024.
A Q&A (Ed Tech JPA: Simple Procurement for Security (and everything else) will be held at the CITE Conference on November 29, 2023 at 8:00AM. Responses to questions will be provided in the RFIs on the Ed Tech JPA website.
The Vendor Pre-Proposal Conference Call will be a Question and Answer format. Responses to questions will be provided in the RFIs on the Ed Tech JPA website. Please contact edtechjpa@iusd.org to RSVP.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to edtechjpa@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to.
Ed Tech JPA is currently advertising in the OC Register and is accepting proposals until 4:00 pm on Thursday, December 14, 2023.
Ed Tech JPA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to Ed Tech JPA in response to this RFP shall remain the property of Ed Tech JPA. Ed Tech JPA shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
