RFP No. 21/22-02 human resources and substitute management systems
Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (Ed Tech JPA) is seeking proposals to establish Master Agreements for human resources and substitute management systems and related services that can meet the current and future needs of Ed Tech JPA members in the most cost effective manner. Interested Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.

The Ed Tech JPA Board Meeting has been rescheduled to April 28th, the anticipated Board award is now April 28, 2022.

The anticipated date to post the Intent to Award has been extended to March 18, 2022, and the anticipated Board award remains March 31, 2022.

The Calendar of Events has been amended to extend the due date for Proposals until 12:00pm on January 11, 2022. The deadline for Vendors to submit Requests for Information has been extended through December 13, 2021, with responses posted by December 17, 2021. Ed Tech JPA Board award is anticipated to be February 24, 2022.
The Vendor Pre-Proposal Conference Call will be a Question and Answer format. Responses to questions will be provided in the RFI on the Ed Tech JPA website. Please contact edtechjpa@iusd.org to RSVP.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to edtechjpa@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on November 16, 2021. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to.
Ed Tech JPA is currently advertising in the OC Register and is accepting proposals until 12:00 pm on Friday, December 3, 2021.
Ed Tech JPA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to Ed Tech JPA in response to this RFP shall remain the property of Ed Tech JPA. Ed Tech JPA shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
