Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (Ed Tech JPA) is seeking proposals to establish Master Agreements for technology equipment: iOS and macOS and related services that can meet the current and future needs of Ed Tech JPA members in the most cost effective manner. Interested Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the Bid documents and timeline below.
Announcements
It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure its Bid is delivered and received by the time and at the location designated. Any Bids received after the scheduled closing date and time shall not be accepted.
The Vendor Conference Call will be a Question and Answer format. Responses to questions will be provided in the RFIs on the Ed Tech JPA website. Please contact edtechjpa@iusd.org to RSVP.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this Bid must be submitted via email to edtechjpa@iusd.org, no later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to.
Ed Tech JPA is currently advertising in the OC Register and is accepting bids until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 .
It is the Bidder's responsibility to notify the contact listed in this Bid of its interest and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
Ed Tech JPA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All materials submitted to Ed Tech JPA in response to this Bid shall remain the property of Ed Tech JPA. Ed Tech JPA shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this Bid.
