RFP No. 19/20-01 MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT
Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (Ed Tech JPA) is seeking proposals to establish Master Agreements for Mobile Device Management Systems and related services that can meet the current and future needs of Ed Tech JPA Associate Members in the most cost effective manner. Interested Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.

The Due Date for Proposals has been extended to August 19, 2019 at 2:00pm.
The Due Date for RFI submission has been extended to August 2, 2019 at 2:00pm with responses posted on August 12, 2019.
The Vendor Pre-Proposal Conference will be a Question and Answer format. Responses to questions will be provided in the RFI on the Ed Tech JPA website. Please contact MichelleBennett@iusd.org if you would like information to attend via conference call.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 2:00 pm on August 2, 2019. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to.
Ed Tech JPA is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 2:00 pm on Monday, August 19, 2019.
Ed Tech JPA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to Ed Tech JPA in response to this RFP shall remain the property of Ed Tech JPA. Ed Tech JPA shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
